Nazwy graczy, wyniki, ustawienia turniejów i historia są zapisywane lokalnie na urządzeniu oraz — jeśli masz włączony iCloud — synchronizowane przez prywatną bazę CloudKit w ramach Twojego konta Apple. Te dane są dostępne wyłącznie dla Ciebie. Deweloper nie ma do nich dostępu.
Jeśli świadomie dołączysz do rankingu globalnego (Mój profil → „Dołącz do rankingu"), do publicznej bazy CloudKit zapisywane są:
Numer telefonu ani żadne dane kontaktowe nigdy nie są wysyłane do chmury. Ranking jest domyślnie wyłączony. W każdej chwili możesz się wypisać (opt-out) — wtedy Twój wpis w rankingu zostaje usunięty z chmury.
Podczas meczu na Apple Watch aplikacja może odczytywać tętno i kalorie z HealthKit oraz zapisywać trening. Te dane pozostają na Twoim urządzeniu i w HealthKit. Nie są wysyłane do dewelopera ani nikogo innego. Nie są używane do reklam ani sprzedawane.
Kamera jest używana wyłącznie do skanowania kodów QR zaproszenia do turnieju. Obraz nie jest zapisywany ani wysyłany.
Synchronizacja opiera się na Apple iCloud / CloudKit. Dane podlegają polityce prywatności Apple. Padelore nie korzysta z innych serwerów ani dostawców chmury.
Aplikacja ma kategorię wiekową 4+ i nie zbiera świadomie danych osobowych dzieci. Nie wymaga rejestracji konta.
Aktualizacje tej polityki będą publikowane na tej stronie wraz z nową datą obowiązywania.

Padelore is an iPhone and Apple Watch app for running padel tournaments. This document explains what data the app handles and how. In short: Padelore collects no data on its own servers, does not track users, and does not sell data. No ads, no analytics, no third-party SDKs.
The app is built and published by Remigiusz Franek (independent developer). Contact: support@padelore.app.
Player names, scores, tournament settings, and history are stored locally and — if iCloud is enabled — synced through the private CloudKit database under your own Apple account. This data is accessible only to you. The developer cannot access it.
If you deliberately join the global ranking (My Profile → "Join ranking"), the following is written to the public CloudKit database:
Phone numbers and contact details are never sent to the cloud. Ranking is off by default. You can opt out at any time, which deletes your ranking entry from the cloud.
During a match on Apple Watch the app may read heart rate and calories from HealthKit and save a workout. This data stays on your device and in HealthKit. It is never sent to the developer or anyone else. It is not used for ads or sold.
The camera is used only to scan tournament invitation QR codes. No image is stored or transmitted.
Sync relies on Apple iCloud / CloudKit and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. Padelore uses no other servers or cloud providers.
The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. No account registration is required.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
